Your bamboo toothbrushes can be used for just as long as plastic toothbrushes.

The box encasing the toothbrush is made from paper – no tape or glue is used.

Soft bristles are made from a base of castor bean oil. Bristles made in USA.

The handle is made from Organic Bamboo.

Care Instructions

Store your brush in a dry area: Bamboo is a natural material that keeps best when kept in a dry area. Enclosed toothbrush cups that collect water are not ideal. It’s best to keep your toothbrush in an open-air toothbrush holder or any other dry area.

Lifespan: With proper care, our ecological bamboo toothbrush will last just as long as a conventional plastic toothbrush. The American Dental Association recommends replacing your toothbrush every 3 months, or when the bristles have frayed.

End of Life

Before tossing, reuse your brush! Our founder likes to use her old brushes to clean hard to reach places or to brush her eyebrows.

Tweeze bristles or break toothbrush head off and dispose at landfill.

Bamboo Toothbrush - An Awesome Product!

I have been using the bamboo toothbrush, along with the toothpaste tabs, for over a year. During this period I am now on my 3rd toothbrush and can't imagine going back to plastic or regular toothpaste for that matter. In addition to being very comfortable to use (the new design for the handle made the brush even more comfortable to hold) when it has come to the end of it's useful life, I chop it up and put it in my Loni along with other compostable matter. After about 3 to 5 hours I take the compost and add it to my garden. It is a fantastic product, not only to use, but knowing that it won't wash up on some beach as plastic waste. An awesome product!!

Great toothbrush!

This was the first sustainable toothbrush I bought and it did not dissappoint! It works great (don't notice a difference vs. normal toothbrush) and after using it for months I don't notice any noticeable wear on the bristles so the quality and durability are great!
